Henry Ruehl is a Managing Partner at Sierra Morena Capital, where he focuses on a long-only fund dedicated to Western-based producers of critical metals and minerals. He also holds a position as a Technical Advisor at the Polar Institute at the Wilson Center, a congressionally endowed non-partisan think tank.

Prior to his current roles, Ruehl earned an MPhil in Polar Studies from the Scott Polar Research Institute at the University of Cambridge, where he studied mining in Greenland.
