Henry Richard Melville Dimbleby, born in May 1970, is a British businessman and cookery writer. He is the son of broadcaster David Dimbleby and cookery writer Josceline Dimbleby. He was educated at the Dragon School and Eton College, and later attended the University of Oxford, where he read Physics and Philosophy. His early career included working as a commis chef with Michelin-starred chef Bruno Loubet, and serving as a food columnist for The Daily Telegraph and The Guardian.
