Henry Carlos Cejudo, known as 'Triple C,' is an American Olympic Gold Medalist in freestyle wrestling and a former professional mixed martial artist. Born to Mexican immigrant parents, he captured Olympic Gold at 21, becoming one of the youngest American wrestlers to do so. He then transitioned to mixed martial arts, making history as one of the few to hold two UFC titles simultaneously (Flyweight & Bantamweight) and successfully defend them.
