Biography

Helene Budliger Artieda is a Swiss diplomat who serves as the Director of the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) as State Secretary, a position she has held since August 2022. Prior to this, she was the Swiss ambassador to Thailand, Cambodia, and Laos from 2019 to 2022, based in Bangkok.
