Heidy LaFleur, M.Ed., is the Founder and CEO of Heidy with a WHY, Inc., where she operates as a National Keynote Speaker, Author, and Leadership Coach. Through her keynotes, workshops, and coaching, LaFleur teaches individuals how to enhance their interactions, striving to leave every person, conversation, and situation better than they found it.

Prior to establishing Heidy with a WHY, Inc. in 2018, LaFleur served as a Principal at FRANKLIN PARK SCHOOL DISTRICT 84 from July 2012 to June 2017.
