Biography

Heather Chalmers serves as President and CEO of GE Vernova in Canada, a role she has held since April 2024 when GE Vernova spun off from GE. Concurrently, she leads GE Vernova's Hydro Power business across North America. Her leadership is dedicated to advancing the company's mission of electrifying the world and supporting global decarbonization efforts, with a specific focus on Canada's energy transition to deliver sustainable, affordable, and reliable electricity.
