Heather Brilliant serves as the Chief Operating Officer of First Eagle Investments. She became part of First Eagle in 2026 following the firm's acquisition of Diamond Hill, where she had been Chief Executive Officer since 2019. She also leads the Diamond Hill investment team.

Prior to her role at Diamond Hill, Brilliant was Chief Executive Officer of the Americas region at First State Investments.
