Biography

Harry M. Jansen Kraemer, Jr. is a Clinical Professor of Leadership at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where he teaches in the MBA and Executive MBA programs. He is also an executive partner with Madison Dearborn Partners, one of the largest private equity firms in the United States, consulting with CEOs and senior executives of companies within MDP’s portfolio.

Kraemer is the former chairman and chief executive officer of Baxter International Inc.
