Harry Sideris serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Duke Energy, one of the largest energy holding companies in the United States. In this role, effective April 2025, he leads the company's focus on critical infrastructure investments to meet load growth, provide customer service, maintain safety, and deliver value to investors.

Prior to becoming CEO, Sideris held the position of President at Duke Energy.
