Harry Litman is an American lawyer, law professor, and political commentator. He is a Legal Affairs Columnist for the LA Times and the creator and host of the TalkingFeds podcast. Litman teaches constitutional law at UCSD and UCLA, and previously served as an Associate Professor at Rutgers School of Law - Camden.

His career includes significant government service as a former U.S. Attorney and a Department of Justice official.
