Hans Diels is a futurist and geopolitical expert who focuses on how global changes impact the world and how organizations can adapt. He advises firms on navigating geopolitical risks, exploring future scenarios through exercises and horizon scanning, and enhancing resilience. He also engages in public speaking on future exploration, scenario building, and political risk, and is associated with ETION as a Futurist and Geopolitical Expert.
