Biography

Hannah C. Dugan is an American attorney who served as a Wisconsin circuit court judge for Milwaukee County. She was elected to a six-year term in April 2016, defeating incumbent Paul Rifelj, and was re-elected in April 2022.

She resigned from the bench in 2026 after a federal jury found her guilty of a felony. During her tenure, she primarily oversaw cases in the court's misdemeanor division.
