Dr. Hanna Notte is a foreign policy analyst and writer based in Berlin. She serves as the Director of the Eurasia Nonproliferation Program at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies in Monterey, California. She is also a Senior Associate (non-resident) with the Europe, Russia, and Eurasia Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and a fellow with the Kennan Institute in Washington DC.
