Hamid Moghadam is the Chairman and CEO of Prologis, a position he has held since 1983. He co-founded AMB Property Corporation, the predecessor to Prologis, in 1983.

Under his leadership, AMB Property Corporation successfully completed its initial public offering in 1997. He also guided the company through its merger with ProLogis in 2011. Moghadam holds an MBA, as well as SB and SM degrees in Engineering.
