Biography

Hal Gregersen is a Digital Fellow at MIT's Initiative on the Digital Economy and a Senior Lecturer in leadership and innovation at MIT’s Sloan School of Management. He is also a co-founder of The Innovator’s DNA consulting group, which he started in 2008. Gregersen focuses his work on creating cultures of fearless inquiry and helping leaders transform their organizations into innovative powerhouses.
