Hakan Binbaşgil serves as the Vice Chairman and Executive Board Member of Akbank. He also holds the position of President of the Banking and Financial Services Group and Executive Committee Member at Sabancı Holding. Additionally, he is the Chairman of Akbank AG, Akbank Ventures BV, Aksigorta, Agesa, and Medisa.
Prior to his current roles, Mr. Binbaşgil was the CEO of Akbank for nearly 12 years, from 2012 to 2023.
