Biography

Guive Balooch serves as the Global Vice President of Tech and Open Innovation at L'Oréal Groupe. In this role, he leads two strategic teams, Augmented Beauty and Open Innovation, bridging cutting-edge technology with the beauty industry. He oversees all partnerships, ranging from Biotech and Sustainability/Green Chemistry to AI/Deeptech, and directs a global team across California, China, France, Japan, New Jersey, and New York.
