Gregg Roman currently serves as the Executive Director for the Middle East Forum, where he functions as the chief operations officer. In this role, he is responsible for the oversight of day-to-day management, communications, and financial resource development for the organization.

Prior to his tenure at the Middle East Forum, Mr. Roman held significant roles within the Israeli government.
