Gregory Boyle is an American Jesuit priest and the Founder and Director of Homeboy Industries, recognized as the world's largest gang intervention and rehabilitation program. He established Homeboy Industries in 1988 to address the escalating problems and unmet needs of gang-involved youth in East Los Angeles.
