Graeme Maxton is a British climate change economist and writer, currently an economist and writer at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München. His work focuses on climate change, energy, and economics, and he is the author of several books on these topics.

Prior to his current role, Maxton served as the Secretary General of the Club of Rome until 2018.
