Grace Lordan is a Professor at the London School of Economics (LSE), where she also serves as the Director of The Inclusion Initiative. As a behavioural scientist and economist, her work focuses on understanding behavioural biases, occupational sorting, diversity and inclusion, conduct, culture, and groupthink within organizations.

Lordan is the author of the book #ThinkBig. She also explores how technology is shaping the nature of work and is a regular corporate and public speaker.
