Gonzalo Luchetti is the Head of U.S. Personal Banking at Citi, where he is responsible for delivering a unified client experience across retail banking, retail services, and branded cards.

He plays a key role in guiding Citi's digital-first strategy to serve more than 70 million clients, leveraging a focused physical branch network and national scale in credit cards and lending. Luchetti is also a member of Citi’s Executive Management Team.
