Glenn Kelman is the President and CEO of Redfin, a real estate brokerage and technology company, a role he has held since 2005. He describes having spent his entire professional life at startups, taking on various roles.

Prior to Redfin, Kelman co-founded Plumtree Software in February 1997, where he served as the Vice President of Marketing & Product Management until April 2004.
