Amy Gleason is an American healthcare executive and former nurse who serves as the acting administrator of the United States DOGE Service since 2025. She also holds the positions of Deputy Administrator and Chief Product Officer for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid. Her work focuses on technology within the United States Department of Health and Human Services, having rejoined the United States Digital Service in December 2024 as part of the Department of Government Efficiency.
