Gianmario Verona is a Professor of Innovation Management at Università Bocconi, where he specializes in the strategic management of technology and innovation. He currently serves as President of the Italian Institute of Technology and Chairman of Human Technopole Foundation. Prior to these roles, he was the Rector of Bocconi University.

Verona has collaborated with Global500 companies and newly founded startups on matters of applied research.
