Geralyn Lucas is an American journalist, television producer, writer, and public speaker. She is an alumna of Columbia University School of Journalism. Her career includes serving as an editorial producer at the ABC News newsmagazine 20/20 for seven years. Lucas also held the position of executive director of public affairs/programming at the Lifetime Television cable network.

At 27 years old, while working at 20/20, Lucas was diagnosed with breast cancer, leading to a mastectomy.
