Georges C. Benjamin is a distinguished American public health official, currently serving as the Executive Director of the American Public Health Association (APHA) since 2002. In this role, he leads the nation's oldest and most diverse organization of public health professionals.

Prior to his leadership at the APHA, Benjamin held significant government positions.
