Biography

George Schultze is the CEO of Schultze Asset Management, LLC (SAM), where he serves as Managing Member. He is widely recognized as an expert on distressed investing and is frequently quoted in the media. Schultze is the author of "The Art of Vulture Investing" (Wiley Finance) and a frequent speaker at industry events.

Throughout his career, Schultze has served on numerous bondholders', bank lenders', and senior lenders' committees for companies such as American Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc.
