Genevieve Bell is a cultural anthropologist, technologist, and futurist, currently serving as the Vice Chancellor and President of the Australian National University (ANU) since January 1, 2024. She is recognized for her work at the intersection of cultural practice research and technological development, including pioneering futurist research and the user experience field. At ANU, she holds the Florence Violet McKenzie Chair, which promotes the inclusive use of technology in society.
