Gaurav Chiplunkar is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. He is a labor economist whose research focuses on firms and innovation. He has been recognized as one of Poets & Quants Best 40 Under 40 Business School Professors.

Prior to his current role, Chiplunkar served as a Consultant to the Chief Economist at the World Bank Group.
