Gary Chan Hak-kan is a Hong Kong politician born on April 24, 1976, in Xiamen, Fujian, People's Republic of China. He serves as a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, representing the New Territories North East constituency since 2008. In September 2023, Chan was elected chairperson of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong (DAB) political party.
