Biography

Galina Angarova is an Indigenous rights and climate activist, recognized as a TED speaker and an Indigenous Buryat. With over two decades of experience, she is dedicated to supporting Indigenous communities in their political, social, economic, and cultural priorities.

Her work includes 17 years of combined grant-making experience, supporting projects across Siberia, the Russian Far East, Africa, Asia, Latin America, British Columbia, and the US.
