Gale Wilkinson is the Founder and Managing Partner at VITALIZE Venture Capital, a role she has held since 2017. With over 13 years of experience leading venture capital firms, she has invested in more than 150 companies and deployed $80 million. She currently invests out of VITALIZE Fund II, with a specific focus on early-stage WorkTech startups.

Prior to VITALIZE Venture Capital, Wilkinson founded IrishAngels in 2012, where she served as Managing Director until 2021.
