Fred Guttenberg, born December 2, 1965, is an American activist against gun violence and an author. His life took a pivotal turn on February 14, 2018, when his 14-year-old daughter, Jaime Guttenberg, was murdered in the Parkland high school shooting in Parkland, Florida. His son, Jesse, also a student at the school, survived the shooting.
