Franziska Trautmann is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Glass Half Full, a role she has held since 2020. She was recognized on the Forbes 30 under 30 list. Prior to co-founding Glass Half Full, Trautmann gained experience at Tulane University, serving as an Administrative Assistant in the Chemistry Department from June 2017 to April 2020 and as a Resident Advisor from August 2017 to May 2018. She also worked as a Hostess at Ye Olde College Inn.
