Franklin Sirmans is the Director of the Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) where he has served since October 2015. At PAMM, he has focused on ensuring the museum's art program reflects the Miami community and has secured significant donations, including the largest in the museum's history: over a hundred pieces of art from Design District developer Craig Robins.
Born in New York City, Sirmans earned a BA degree in the history of art and English from Wesleyan University in 1991.
