Frank Headley Baylis is a Canadian entrepreneur, engineer, and politician. He currently serves as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Baylis Medical Technologies, a company specializing in the conception, design, development, production, and distribution of medical equipment. Baylis also has a background in Canadian politics, having been elected to represent the riding of Pierrefonds-Dollard in the House of Commons of Canada in the 2015 federal election.
