Frank Mitchell Bradley is a United States Navy admiral who has commanded the United States Special Operations Command since October 3, 2025. Previously, he served as the commander of Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) from August 10, 2022, to September 26, 2025. During his command, on September 2, 2025, SEAL Team 6, an element of JSOC, carried out controversial strikes on boats in the Caribbean alleged to be involved with narcotics trafficking.
