Biography

Frank Bruni is an American journalist, author, and academic, known for his extensive career at The New York Times. He joined the newspaper in 1995 and has served in a wide range of assignments, including chief restaurant critic and op-ed columnist. Since June 2021, Bruni has been a Professor of the Practice of Journalism and Public Policy in the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University. He continues his association with the Times as a contributing opinion writer and newsletter author.
