Frank Brosens is the co-founder of Taconic Capital, a global institutional investment firm that pursues an event-driven, multi-strategy investment approach. He co-founded Taconic Capital in 1999 with Ken Brody.
Prior to establishing Taconic, Brosens was a general partner at Goldman Sachs. During his tenure, he headed the risk arbitrage area, the stock options business, the equity derivatives area, and the Japanese warrants business, which he co-founded.
