François-Philippe Champagne, born June 25, 1970, is a Canadian lawyer and politician. A member of the Liberal Party, he has served as the Minister of Finance and National Revenue since March 2025, and Minister of National Revenue since May 2025. He was first elected to the House of Commons in the 2015 election, representing the riding of Saint-Maurice—Champlain.
Champagne joined Cabinet in 2017 as the Minister of International Trade under Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
