Biography

Francisco Veloso is a distinguished Portuguese academic currently serving as the Dean of INSEAD, a position he assumed in September 2023. Prior to this, he was the Dean of Imperial College Business School from August 2017 to September 2023, and the Dean of the Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics from 2012 to August 2017.

Veloso began his academic career as an assistant professor at Carnegie Mellon University in 2002, becoming a full professor in 2011.
