Francisco "Kiko" Pe Tiu Laurel Jr. is a Filipino businessman who currently serves as the 46th Secretary of Agriculture of the Philippines, a position he has held since 2023.

Prior to his government role, Laurel built an extensive career in the business sector. He is the President of Frabelle Group of Companies. His leadership experience within the group also includes serving as Chairman at Frabelle Market Corporation and as a Director at Frabelle Properties Corporation.
