She formerly served as the Tandon Family Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School for 15 years, where she taught Leadership, Negotiation, and Collaboration. She also served as department head of the Negotiation, Organization & Markets unit for five years. Her work focuses on applying behavioral science to organizational problems, including AI adoption, strategy, and leadership dynamics.
