Biography

Francesca Rossi is an Italian computer scientist and an IBM Fellow, serving as the Global Leader for Responsible AI and AI Governance at the IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center in New York, USA.

She is a past president of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI). Rossi also contributes to global AI policy as a co-chair of the OECD expert groups on AI futures, Agentic AI, and AI Investments.
