Fran Kinniry serves as Principal and Head of Vanguard Investment Advisory Research Center. She joined The Vanguard Group in 1997, where she played a key role in developing and launching the firm's fiduciary advice business. In 2001, she established the Investment Counseling and Research group, marking Vanguard's entry into capital market research. She further expanded her contributions by starting the Investment Strategy Group in 2006.
