Flynn Burch is the Director of Global Community Impact at Under Armour. He also serves as the Executive Director of the UA Foundation. Prior to these roles, Burch was associated with the Cal Ripken, Sr.

Foundation. He earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Dickinson, where he was a member of the Men's Lacrosse Team.
