Felicia Hjertman serves as the Head of Investments at Monument. Prior to this role, she founded and was the CEO of TILLIT. Her career in finance also includes experience as an Investment Manager and an Investment Analyst Intern at Baillie Gifford. Hjertman's educational background includes a BA(Hons) in International Business with Russian and Finance, and training as a Full-stack Software Engineer in Computer Software Engineering.
