Biography

Franck Bousquet serves as a Deputy Director at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), where he is responsible for the Institute for Capacity Development's global partnerships and fundraising efforts. In a previous role at the IMF, he coordinated the Fund's engagement with Fragile and Conflict-affected States (FCS) and notably led the preparation of the first IMF FCS Strategy, approved by the Board in March 2022.
