Farzad Saidi serves as a Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Bonn. He is also affiliated with the Cluster of Excellence ECONtribute.

His research interests span several key areas within economics and finance. These include financial intermediation, banking, monetary policy, labor and finance, and macro-finance.
